Reservation cancellations must be done in writing to Capitol Limo and Black car service prior to 3 business days of your Reservation.
Sedan & SUV must be cancel within 24 hours prior of your Reservation if you cancelled your Ride in last minutes entire amount owed will be charged to you provides credit card or on the file.

A second conviction can lead to a 120-day license suspension.
A third offense is punishable by on 180 day license suspension and a possible six-month jail sentence if the individual
